Anthropic — Head of Customer Programs

Customer Programs • Executive Engagement • AI Advocate

I’ve spent 20 years building programs that didn’t exist yet, turning customer relationships into measurable business outcomes, and using AI not as a buzzword but as a daily practice. I want to bring all of it to Anthropic.

I don’t just want
any seat at the table.

01

I share your mission

AI is the most powerful tool I’ve ever worked with — and the most consequential. I use Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot every single day in my actual work. I’ve seen firsthand what responsible AI adoption looks like inside a major enterprise, and what it looks like when it goes wrong. Anthropic’s commitment to building AI that is safe, honest, and genuinely beneficial isn’t a tagline to me. It’s the only approach that makes sense.

02

I’ve lived the enterprise AI journey

I wasn’t just a user of AI at Disney+. I built the workflow infrastructure, trained the team, wrote the governance framework, and sat with the anxiety of rolling it out across a global organization. Your biggest enterprise customers are navigating exactly that journey right now. I can speak their language because I’ve been in the room.

03

I build things that don’t exist yet

The Head of Customer Programs role is a zero-to-one build. No inherited playbook, no existing team, no established operating model. That’s the environment I thrive in. At Disney+ I stood up a global loyalty and customer engagement program from nothing — charter, team, audience map, program portfolio, and 8-market expansion. That’s exactly this.

04

I am genuinely excited about what’s at stake

I’m excited about AI and I’m also clear-eyed about what it can do badly. That duality — optimism and accountability — is what drives me toward Anthropic specifically. Not just to build a career in AI, but to be part of the group trying to get the outcome right for everyone.

I’ve done
this before.

Building Anthropic’s Customer Programs function from scratch requires a specific kind of leader: one who can hold the strategic vision and still do the foundational work. Here’s how I did it at Disney+.

00

The Mandate

In 2022 I joined Disney+ as Director of Global Product Marketing with a mandate that included building the subscriber engagement and loyalty function. There was no program, no team structure, no vendor, no playbook. Just a business need and a whiteboard.

01

Audience First

Before designing any program, I built the audience map: a governed, named list of high-value subscriber segments synthesized from behavioral data, Voice of Subscriber research, and engagement signals. Every program we built drew from that map. We never over-approached a segment, and we never filled seats for a pre-built event.

02

Program Portfolio

I designed and launched the full portfolio: a loyalty and perks program, partner co-marketing investments, early access programs with structured feedback loops, and a customer reference and advocate bench. Each program had a clear charter, intake criteria, and KPI framework before a single customer was recruited.

03

Voice of Customer Into Leadership

I served as the standing voice of the customer inside Disney+. Customer research I commissioned directly shaped product roadmap decisions. Findings landed in VP and SVP briefings. I used AI tools to compress multi-week insight cycles into days so leadership always had current signal, not stale data.

04

Global Scale

Within two years, the program scaled to 8 markets across US, Canada, LATAM, and APAC, with the LATAM expansion (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina) delivered on schedule in April 2026. I managed a 14-person global team, a $25M–$30M annual budget, and strategic vendor relationships across loyalty tech, research, and media.

Results that
speak clearly.

8+
Global Markets

Built and scaled Disney+ Perks to 8 international markets across US, Canada, LATAM, and APAC — from concept to full deployment with no prior infrastructure.

$17M
Free Cash Flow Generated

At DIRECTV, partnered with data science to deploy ML-driven personalized retention matched to individual risk profiles. 26,000 customer saves and $17M FCF from one initiative.

14-person
Global Team Built

Hired, onboarded, and led a 14-person global team from scratch. Established the operating model, quality standards, and AI-powered workflows that scaled output across 20+ concurrent workstreams.

71%
Customer Discovery Lift

Customer research I commissioned showed program-driven features boosted discovery for 71% of users and accelerated decision-making for 66%. Findings landed directly on the product roadmap.

40%
Faster Insight Cycles

Deployed AI-powered research synthesis using Claude and ChatGPT to compress multi-week insight cycles into days — enabling faster, evidence-backed executive briefings at VP and SVP level.

4M
Customers Transitioned

Built a centralized, localization-ready engagement framework that guided ~4M customers through a major platform migration across SEA markets, adopted across EMEA and SEA regional teams.

Excited. Clear-eyed.
Committed.

“I use AI every day. I’ve built programs to help teams adopt it. I’ve seen it accelerate work that would have taken weeks. And I’ve sat with the discomfort of knowing how much it can go wrong when it’s built without care. That’s why Anthropic is the only place I want to be right now.”

Practical AI, Daily

I don’t talk about AI in the abstract. I built prompt libraries, governance SOPs, and AI-powered workflow systems that real teams used every day. I know how enterprises adopt these tools because I was inside one, making it work at scale.

Responsibility Matters

The same capability that makes AI extraordinary also makes it dangerous if pointed in the wrong direction. I believe the companies doing the most important work right now are the ones treating that seriously. Anthropic is at the top of that list. That’s not a small thing to me.

The Human Side of AI

The biggest unlock for enterprise AI adoption isn’t the technology. It’s trust. It’s executives who feel heard, teams who have a clear framework, and programs that make the value concrete. That’s the work I know how to do, and it’s exactly what this role requires.

Ready to build something
that doesn’t exist yet.

If you’re on the Anthropic team and you’ve made it this far, I’d love to have a real conversation. I’m available, motivated, and genuinely excited about this role.
